    SHIPPING

    Do you offer shipping with tracking?

    For most items, yes - please check the individual listings. Orders shipping with the overnight, express, and standard methods will always have tracking available. Meanwhile, orders shipped out with the economy, no rush, or flat rate method may not have tracking available. 

    Liability

    We cannot be held responsible for any lost, damaged or delayed packages once they are with the mail carrier. All shipping information is to our best knowledge, and according to the information available from the USPS website. We cannot guarantee it, but we will be with you all the way until it gets there.

    It is your responsibility to make sure you provide correct shipping address (mistakes happen and we will try to correct it if you catch it in time but the ultimate responsibility is yours). Please be aware that if the shipping carrier tracking states that your package was delivered, we are no longer responsible for claims that a package did not arrive at the destination and you should contact your local post office directly to handle the situation.

    RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

    I don't accept cancellations

    Due to the fact that all of our products are printed on demand (that is to say, until you place your order your product is not created), once your order has been placed, production begins immediately and therefore it cannot be cancelled. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

    The following items can't be returned or exchanged

    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

    • Custom or personalized orders
    • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

    Conditions of return

    Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

    Where are your shirts designed?

    At the owner's home just outside of beautifully weird Austin, TX, USA. Sometimes his 2 cats and 2 small kids like to help daddy work. 😉
